Servicing existing clients, trouble shooting, working towards making them into key accounts
Prospecting, cold calling and generation of new enquiries
Pre-sales technical assessment and evaluation of prospective clients' requirements.
Recommending suitable product(s) based on clients' requirements and applications.
Ensuring collections through consistent follow-up and resolving payment issues of existing cases.
Problem handling related to product and payment terms and conditions.
Participate / represent co. in exhibitions / trade fairs to disseminate information about co.'s product range & generate enquiries;
Sales support activities like sending co / product details / quotations to prospective and existing customers, follow up with factory re dispatch of material and checking re prompt delivery, generating regular MIS and reports regarding sales, collections, prospective clients, etc
Salary: INR 1,25,000 - 1,75,000 P.A. + Sales Commission
